AKTIVA — AKTIVA: B2B marketing strategy and web development for a technology integration company
Strategic overview

Guadrón Quijano supported AKTIVA in restructuring its communication and developing a web platform designed to position the brand as a technology ecosystem integrator for developers, buildings, commercial spaces and corporate projects in Guatemala and El Salvador.

Challenge

AKTIVA is a company with 20 years of experience in Guatemala and El Salvador, specializing in technology solutions for real estate developments, buildings, commercial spaces and corporate projects.

Before working with Guadrón Quijano, the brand already had a digital presence, social media content, commercial materials and a website. However, its communication did not clearly reflect the true scope of the company or the level of solutions AKTIVA could provide for larger-scale projects.

The challenge was not to produce more content or redesign a website only from a visual perspective. The main problem was strategic: AKTIVA needed to organize its communication to better connect with its real market and elevate its perceived value among developers, buildings, commercial spaces and companies that require professional technology integration.

Diagnosis

Guadrón Quijano identified that AKTIVA already had digital assets and enough market experience, but needed a clearer communication structure to express its true positioning.

The brand should not present itself only as a company that installs technology solutions. Its real value was its ability to integrate complete technology ecosystems, connecting automation, audio, video, security, networks, control, operational efficiency and user experience within corporate and real estate projects.

Based on this diagnosis, the work had to begin with a strategic communication foundation. This documentation would unify brand criteria, guide future content and serve as the starting point for any digital, commercial or institutional asset.

Solution

Guadrón Quijano developed a strategic communication restructuring process for AKTIVA, aimed at positioning the brand as a technology ecosystem integrator for high-value projects.

The process began with the creation of a brand and marketing documentation base. This tool helped define what AKTIVA needed to communicate, where the brand should move strategically and how it should present itself to its most important segments.

Based on that foundation, a marketing plan and digital architecture were developed to organize AKTIVA’s offering by segment. The website was designed to receive traffic from social media and Google searches, directing users to specific landing pages according to their need or type of project.

The platform was built in WordPress using Divi and WPCode. The site structure was designed to better explain AKTIVA’s value, educate users before commercial contact and support the generation of more qualified opportunities.

Impact

The project made it possible to build a clearer, more organized and more strategic communication foundation for AKTIVA.

The brand moved from having scattered digital assets to having a communication architecture more aligned with its real market, its highest-value segments and the types of projects where its technical expertise can create more value.

The new website works as a communication and lead generation platform, prepared to receive traffic from campaigns, social media and organic searches. Its structure allows each user to find more relevant information according to their profile, need or type of project.

More than a visual redesign, the work helped translate AKTIVA’s true level into more precise, segmented and professional communication.

Results

AKTIVA has 20 years of experience in Guatemala and El Salvador.

The website was developed in WordPress using Divi and WPCode, without relying on specialized optimization plugins and running on shared hosting.

Despite those technical conditions, advanced performance optimization was achieved, reaching 99 on mobile and perfect 100 scores on desktop in the main evaluated areas.

The site was structured with segment-based landing pages to better direct traffic from social media, Google searches and digital campaigns.
