Our philosophy

Before investing in solutions, you need to understand the problem.

Many companies respond to symptoms with more advertising, content, redesigns or website changes without clearly understanding what is causing the result. GQ DeepScan begins before the solution.

We evaluate the business model, the reported objective, the current situation, the available commercial and marketing information, and the market context. The result is a map of the main problem, related issues, supporting evidence and affected areas. DeepScan does not develop the strategy or implementation: it provides the clarity required to make better decisions.

Problem before solution. We do not recommend actions without first completing a sufficient evaluation.

Evidence before assumptions. We distinguish between confirmed, estimated and unavailable information.

A symptom does not always reveal the cause. We analyze the initial situation without assuming the first explanation is definitive.

Clarity before investment. DeepScan identifies which problems should be addressed first; strategy and execution are developed afterward.

GQ DeepScan — How we work

A structured process to understand what is holding back your marketing.

GQ DeepScan analyzes your company’s current situation to identify the main marketing problem, related factors and the areas where it is creating the greatest impact. The objective is to create clarity before investing in solutions.

  1. 01
    Context

We understand how your company works.

We begin by understanding the business before evaluating its marketing.

We review the offer, customers, channels, current situation and the result the company wants to achieve in order to understand the problem in its proper context.

  2. 02
    Symptom

We define which result is not being achieved.

We begin with the problem the company currently observes.

This may involve sales below target, campaigns without results, limited opportunity generation, weak positioning, low conversion or another marketing-related symptom.

  3. 03
    Information

    We review the available evidence.

Data helps us understand what is actually happening.

We analyze the commercial, digital and marketing information that is relevant to the case. When information is incomplete, that limitation also becomes part of the evaluation.

  4. 04
    Market

We compare the situation with its environment.

No marketing problem exists in isolation.

We review the competitive context, how other companies communicate their value and the market conditions that may be influencing current results.

  5. 05
    Evaluation

We separate symptoms from possible causes.

The initial request does not always reveal the complete problem.

The collected information is analyzed through a marketing perspective to identify contradictions, relationships between findings and factors that may be affecting the company’s performance.

  6. 06
    Prioritization

We organize the problems according to their impact.

Not every finding has the same level of importance.

We identify the main problem, related problems and the areas where they create the greatest impact in order to establish what should be understood or addressed first.

  7. 07
    Report

We deliver a clear map of the current situation.

The result is documented in the GQ DeepScan Report.

The report presents the identified problems, the evidence supporting them, the affected areas and general priorities. It does not include strategy, a tactical plan or implementation.
