Junior Graphic Designer

Guadrón Quijano is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support the production of graphic and audiovisual content for digital media.

This role focuses on the creation, adaptation, production, and publishing of content for brands across different industries. We are looking for someone with good visual judgment, organization, willingness to learn, and the ability to work at a consistent pace.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow in a professional environment, working on real projects, defined processes, and ongoing digital content production.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and adapt graphic pieces for social media and digital channels.

• Support the production of visual content for different brands.

• Edit and prepare images for posts, campaigns, and digital materials.

• Support photo and video production when required.

• Create and adapt content using professional design tools and digital platforms.

• Upload and schedule content on social media platforms.

• Organize files, final artwork, and work materials.

• Support the creative team with daily production tasks.

Requirements:

• Junior profile with previous experience in digital graphic design.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Lightroom.

• Experience using Canva or Adobe Express.

• Basic knowledge of social media formats.

• Good visual judgment, attention to detail, and organized file management.

• Willingness to receive feedback and work under defined processes.

• Full availability during working hours.

• Availability to travel to production locations when required.

Work Modality & Conditions:

• 100% on-site position in San Salvador.

• This position does not include remote, hybrid, or freelance work options.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• Indefinite-term employment contract.

• Base salary: $550.

• Legal benefits: AFP, ISSS, and annual vacation according to Salvadoran law.

• Performance-based bonus.

• Fuel and per diem support when applicable for production-related travel.

Important:

This position requires commitment, punctuality, organization, and real availability to work on-site in a professional environment.
